Your counselor builds a shortlist across three tiers — ambitious, balanced and safe — based on your academic record, English score, budget, preferred intake and the career you want afterwards. You see the reasoning behind every option before a single application is submitted.

Yes. We identify merit scholarships, country-specific grants and university bursaries that match your profile, then help you prepare the essays, references and documentation each one requires. Funding is planned before you apply, not after an offer arrives.

Full support — financial documentation, sponsor letters, statement of purpose, medicals, biometrics scheduling and mock interviews. Our team follows embassy policy updates closely, so your file reflects the current requirements rather than last year's.

Your first counseling session is free, with no obligation. If you decide to proceed, service charges are explained in writing up front and depend on the destination and number of applications. There are no surprise fees at any stage.

To begin: academic transcripts and certificates, your passport, and an English test result if you already have one. For applications we will also need a statement of purpose, recommendation letters, a CV and financial evidence. Your counselor gives you a personalized checklist on day one.

Yes. Use the form on this page, message us on WhatsApp or call the office, and we will confirm a slot within one working day. Sessions can be held in person at our Kathmandu office or online by video call if you are outside the valley.
